There is no doubt that many of us having been mourning the absence of Glastonbury on the summer festivals list this year. However, something that has brightened my day a little (and hopefully yours!) is that it has been confirmed that tickets for 2013 will go on sale on Sunday 7th October 2012 at 9am.
As is custom, anyone wanting to attend the festival next year will need to register in advance in order to be able to obtain their ticket. Should you wish to do this you must fill in your details and upload a passport-style photo here: www.glastonburyregistration.co.uk. Please remember that successful registration does not equate to a ticket guarantee, but it certainly helps to be registered ready as unless you’ve done so 48 hours before you will have absolutely zero chance of attending the festival. If you have registered to buy tickets to Glastonbury before, you may still be registered but I do recommend that you check your registration status by clicking here. If you can’t find it, re-register – much better to get it all sorted not now than to discover your registration has expired when you’re already frantically refreshing screens, hanging on phone lines and wrestling with debit cards.
Happy registering, and good luck when it comes to ticket buying!
